The Main House
A house for beautiful memories
The Villa is privately located in the northeast of Lanzarote, spectacularly overlooking the bay of Arrieta and just a short walk away from the ocean. With 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms it is the perfect home for a family holiday, a team workation or a group of friends. In the large garden you will find a heated swimming pool, a trampoline, a beach volleyball field and various fruit trees, herbs and vegetables for you to enjoy.

The moment you open the door to the Main House, completely renovated in 2022, you will feel that it has always been a very welcoming family home. The large living room with a 7-meter-high ceiling, an open kitchen and a stunning gallery upstairs opens to the garden and offers magnificent ocean views. It is the perfect place to relax, cook, chat and enjoy precious moments with your family and friends.

The Apartment
The perfect extension for a large family or more friends
The Apartment has exquisite sunrise ocean views and a warm and welcoming decor. It offers an open and fully equipped kitchen with a large table to gather around. There is one ensuite master bedroom and a connected small, yet very cosy bedroom with a custom-built loft bed right under the roof that sleeps 2 kids or one adventurous adult. Additionally, the kid’s bedroom has a single bed on ground level.

We value privacy. The Apartment and the Villa are therefore never rented out separately, but the second kitchen and extra privacy have proved to be ideal for when 2 families stay at the house. The daybed outside, overlooking the pool and the ocean, is a place that you might find hard to ever leave again.

The Pool House
The perfect space for more
The Pool House has its very own magic and comes with yet another breath-taking ocean view. Mostly built with natural lava stone from Lanzarote, this room can be used for yoga, meditation or private massage sessions but it might also perfectly serve as a separate bedroom room. If the timing of your stay with us is right, you could even have the ultimately romantic experience of watching the full moon rise over the ocean from your very comfortable matrasses.

The Pool House has an ensuite bathroom and shower, a fridge and tea making facilities, so you never have to walk far from your sunbed by the heated pool to get yourself a well-deserved and refreshing drink!

The Garden
A place to unwind
Relax in the shadow under the palm trees and listen to the wind. Discover your favourite place to read, sunbathe and daydream. You will surely find a place to retreat, no matter how big your group of family or friends is, as the whole property measures more than 4.000 m². Feel free to pick anything the garden has to offer: papayas, dates, mangos, dragon fruit, pepper and fresh herbs.

Why not challenge your friends at a match of beach tennis or beach volleyball? The trampoline could be a tough one for parents but a game of Marco Polo in the heated pool surely is fun for everyone. Finally, you could end your adventurous day by the fireplace and enjoy a lovely dinner around the large outside dining tables.
